Used to love the company, but after being loyal to them for a year they’ve done me dirty. Charged me 3 times for a parcel. Refunded 1 amount, and said that if I ever want to receive a second refund, I need to return the 2nd parcel that I have never received in the first place. Customer services was very unhelpful and wasn’t willing to actually sort my problem just basically tell me how proud they are for stealing my money

I buy contact lenses for very occasional use, and as my prescription is the same for both eyes I buy just one box, which lasts me about 3 months. I like that Feel Good Contacts' website remembers my previous order and has a simple and quick purchasing process. Delivery has always been super-fast, almost ext day sometimes. I also like that, unlike a couple of other suppliers I used to use, they don't send me constant reminders to buy some more.

Called them up as it said on the website when i entered my details to call them the lady on the phone was no help she was asking me what i had been given by supersavers i explained I had not had any from the new test today as my eyes had changed a bit so needed new lens.she kept asking me for a make I explained i don't have a make that's why i am calling for advise as it said on the pop up aft i put in my details.complete waste of my time if they don't know what there doing don't sell contact lens.

Nice colours. Not too much on dark eyes, which I prefer.

Very efficient delivery service. Ordering was easy. My one complaint was that your website states FREE DELIVERY for orders over £40 but on ordering at checkout this was not possible and I was charged £2.95. Confusing?

Found product £14.00 cheaper on another web site. Feel Good did price match, but have found this happening on a regular basis.

Good price for contact lenses. Speedy delivery and always with a mini pack of Haribo sweets.
